Remove the cable line at the wall and at the back of the box. 2. Remove any splitters from the cable line leading into the receiver & make sure the cable line is a dedicated line going from the wall into the box. 3. Reverse the direction of the cable and reconnect from the wall to the box. 4. Unplug the power cord from either the back of the box or the wall outlet and leave unplugged for three minutes. 5. Plug the power cord back in and allow it to reload (approximately 3-5 minutes).
