Hi Las Vegas Residents:
Outage issues for 6 days straight. I contact chat help and it is useless. The script is not warm it is fabricated. My grandmother has not had a phone nor internet for 6 days and she is 88 years of age. I wanted to see if anyone in the East side of Las Vegas they are experiencing the same issue. I have not found ANY response from Cox just as there is an outage. I am overwhelmed with the lack of accountability, reliability and urgency to rectify the situation. For a customer to call every single day is not reliable.
Is your modem completely offline? If not, what lights do you have on it? If some lights are off and some are on, post your signal levels. I can give instructions how once I know what model modem/gateway you have.
