Since Cox gave me a new Aris modem last month I don't even get caller ID any more. How about you???
What model modem did they give you? The model number should be marked as "PN" on the back of the modem.
Looks like COX says it's a problem with the modem they sent me a couple of month ago. They hope to have a solution in a few weeks. I hope our hospitals do not take example form them.
Sounds like a firmware bug. That's why I asked what model it was. Hopefully they can fix it soon.
