ID caller not give correct time. It is one hour off. Time on ID caller has not changed. The same thing happened in spring, until I told in the forum for Cox to change the time.
This only happens on the phone Caller ID
. The same thing happened this spring with the time change. I reported it to Cox forum, and they eventually changed it. It is nothing to do with my equipment. Obviously Cox does not not have a built in computer program to change the time on Caller ID, when there is a time change.
