Can’t call Cox or chat

I have been trying for 2 days to get my new service working.  I have called a lot & tried using the chat box online.  The phones either don’t ring, ring forever with no answer then hang up or have me go through prompts than hang up.  I already want to cancel my service since I can’t even use this! How can I get in touch with someone?????
