I have static phone since last week. Cox sent three technicians, but the problem is still there.  Cox seems to be very irresponsible, as they don't really care about customers. The technicians they sent are not well trained and don't communicate with each other. My neighbor is having the same problem and Cox acts like this is just one customer's problem and they don't seem to be serious to fix it. Anyone is having this issue?

  • Generally static would be related to a wiring issue unless it was the phone itself. Even if the line outside is the culprit, we would need to setup a service call to have a technician diagnose the issue further.
