I have been trying to get this no robo call thing to work and after two days of trying, it still says my phone isn't protected, so I guess I may as well give up. I have called the help line and it still doesn't work.
Hi,
Thank you so much for your help. The last thing I did worked. My phone is now protected. Sorry to have been such a pain for ya'll.
Thanks for the link. I reviewed and it can be confusing. "Enter up to 3 Phone Numbers" sounds like my phone numbers. I can protect up to 3 of my phone numbers. It reads like a streaming service, enter up to 3 devices.
I understand if you're familiar with the process, you don't need to think how it reads. Some people get the gist of it...some people try to assign meaning.
(How would I enter 3 Nomorobo numbers? They only gave me one. It must be 3 of my numbers. Yeah...that sounds right.)
I'm not being a jerk but someone did stumble on this step.

I received a flyer with my bill about the Nomore Robo. I called for technical support to set it up but it hasn't been totally setup in our area. My question is why send out a flyer to us if we can't access the function?
