How can I contact someone from the Executive Resolutions Team?

  • Hi had a problem with a customer support rep
  • named Nakeisha F during a chat today. I need to have this issue resolved as soon as possible, please.

It concerns her almost aggressive attempt to get me to sign up for the customer support plan that I do not need, after I contact her via chat about an entirely different matter.

I have been a Cox customer for.over twenty years.
