After opening the MyEmail.cox.net site, I enter my ID and password. For the past 3-4 weeks I have been receiving the following Cox message: THERE WAS AN UNEXPECTED INTERNAL ERROR-PLEASE TRY AGAIN. Although the error message is sporadic, at times I had to wait several hours before I was able to sign in. If I am merely checking messages, I normally can wait. However, if I am waiting for a security code to arrive-the code expires before I can sign in. Unfortunately, my 4 live chats and a telephone conversation with a technician did not resolve this ongoing issue.
