NEW issue with watching recordings on PC?

I used to be able to watch recorded shows on my PC.  It doesn't seem that long ago.  Has something changed recently??

    Hello BasenjiMom,

    Have you made any changes recently with your cable service or cable boxes? As long as you have Cloud DVR service, you should be able to download and watch recorded programming. There are some restrictions however. Please see below:

    You can have up to 50 titles downloaded to a device.
    A title is only available on one device at a time. You must return the program from one device before downloading it to another.
    A title must have completed recording before it can be downloaded to a device.
    Up to five devices can be used to download recordings.
    Downloads must be done while using your Cox in-home Internet.
