Contour App won’t allow me to delete shows from the old cable box

 A Cox technician swapped out my Contour box and took the old one with him. The shows that were on the original box (but not my new box) still show up in the Contour App and won’t allow me to delete them. I get a 403 error message each time. After wasting an hour with technical support in chat, I am hoping someone here knows how I can delete these old shows in the App.
