I open paramount+ Via my contour box.. It asks me to pick me profile like normal, I choose mine, then about 1/4 of the content on the screen loads, it freezes then cox exits out of the app and produces error code”APPS 04036”. The app has worked a couple times before, but was extremely extremely slow. My internet is very high speed, I also tried restarting the box and app and checking for updates as well as resetting the modem. Nothing works. Other apps like Netflix work fine on the contour box and the The paramount app works fine on my iPad . Anyone have a solution for this. No point in putting the app on the contour box if it doesn’t work.
