Issue with Contour app sign in

Cannot sign into our account on newly downloaded Contour for iPad app.  The only log in box that populates is Contour University, which links to various universities that have Cox accounts.  We have a residential account not affiliated with any university.  How do I get the Cox account log in box to appear so I can sign into our account?

    It sounds like you have the Cox on Campus version. Please take a moment to log out and uninstall. When you search the Google play store or Apple store, please be sure to to select the best app. The included link, has a link within that may help to secure the best selection. www.cox.com/.../contour-app.html
