Cannot watch nfl on fox using Contour app on iPad

I am sorry to hear that you received that error when attempting to watch NFL on Fox from the Contour app connected to the home network. If you have not already, please try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Once done, reboot the modem by unplugging the power for 30 seconds and reconnect it. Once the modem is online, try accessing the app again and see if you continue to receive the error.
