can I add other streaming apps to the contour streaming device?

or, is the device a closed system like the original APPLE TV device?

Hello WTCW,

Cox does not currently offer the ability to add apps to the Contour Streaming Device. As additional apps become available, they will automatically be loaded on the apps screen. www.cox.com/.../contour-stream.html.

If I have contour streaming device (no live tv), does my account include the ability to sign in for tv everywhere services (for example espn and tnt)?
