Unknown to me until today, we have been charged for Netflix through Cox since Sept of 2019 and it appears it was when our grandchildren visited us for the day. We have never used Netflix and if they did it was not with our knowledge. I contacted Cox Support on this issue today and they told me I would have to call Netflix directly because Cox couldn't do anything about it. I then called Netflix and naturally they said they could not do anything about it since it was being charged through Cox. So what the heck is going on. I am fed up with this nonsense. What next?
