Contour App Not working

The app isn't working on iphones, ipads. I have deleted and reloaded app, still nothing. I tried loading on a new ipad and that didn't work. I spent hours on the phone trying to get support, they finally said it would be escalated and they would call back...no surprise no call back even after waiting for a week. This is ridiculous. Anyone else having similar issues? Getting ready to cut the cable. Absolutely the worst service!
