Last Saturday, I woke up to all of my recordings on my DVR gone (it was about 60% full.  Tried refreshes and resets with tech support and nothing worked. It just kept happening. I'd record something, and then a few hours later it was gone. Went to a Cox store yesterday and swapped the box out for a Contour 2 and now I don't get any of my basic cable or premium channels. If I go to ESPN or HBO or MTV I get the XRE-03121 error.

After refreshes and reboots for hours last night with tech support I've still got the same issue. The tech escalated the ticket, but after reading the posts about this error, it sounds like I'm gonna need a tech to come out. Is there anything short of that that has worked???
