Are you using your TV for audio? If so, does the remote control the audio? What codes have you tried? Last, what model is the TV?
Audio is fine. Remote works with the TV and a soundbar. I've tried the codes that pop up when I go to the remote settings in the contour menu. The model is VFD32M-0807. Thanks.

Yes, that's the default code that shows up when pairing the remote.
OK, I starting pairing again and found out that the code 11758 does work to pair the TV to turn on and off and control the TV volume, but when I pair the Insignia soundbar, the soundbar pairs but the TV pairing goes away. Any ideas on how to get around this?
