- We offer 2 options for this box you can subscribe either 2 or 6 simultaneous recordings This should be displayed on your statement as DVR2 or DVR6. If you do not see the email is us at cox.help@cox.com with your account info including full street address and we can check on this. Please include a link to the forum post also
