This is the second week in a row that both Fox and CBS were so pixilated on Wednesday that they were unwatchable. Tech support said it was because of an outage in the area. Fooey!! I recorded something on Monday of this week and it was bad then too. And it was unwatchable again this morning. Why does it seem to be those channels? And the programs we miss aren't available On Demand. Something is wrong here and I wish Cox would just step up and be honest. I know that because Cox was really quick to offer me 2 weeks of service off my bill. Just tell us the issue - or continue to give discounts and probably lose customers.
