Why isn't Cox listed as a provider for HBOGO any more?

In fact, I didn't see any "big" provider in the list: AT&T, Bright House, Charter, Comcast, Cox, Sparklight, Spectrum, Time Warner, Xfinity.
The only biggies still supporting HBO Go are CenturyLink, Frontier and Mediacom. The rest on the list is just schools, providers with less than 1 million subscribers and weird companies. Cobalt TV?
I think HBO Max is the new platform.
Cox now supports HBO Max. Any difference between the two?
