Why are my program reminders on my contour cable box no longer working?

Hi Diane R,

You can review and manage program reminders by pressing the Contour button on the Cox remote. Highlight Saved, then press OK. Highlight Scheduled. Highlight View, then press OK. Use the up and down arrows to highlight Reminders, then press OK.
