What is up with Motor Trend signal hiccups?

All 3 boxes in our home are experiencing picture and/or sound hiccups frequently when watching Motor Trend; enough to want to stop watching. A technician checked our signal and replaced the main contour box yesterday. No improvement.  Most other channels rarely do this. What can be done about this other that to forget about watching Motor Trend. I wish Mecum had not moved to them.
