What happened recently that the contour boxes take 5 minutes to launch Netflix? I did not used to be this slow.

Hi Andrew, I apologize for the delayed reply. Are any other Contour apps taking longer than usual to load? Once Netflix launches, are you able to access and play your chosen content? Please go through the following steps and then see if Netflix opens faster. (1) Open the Contour Settings menu. (2) Scroll down and select Privacy. (3) Scroll down and select Locally stored data. (4) Delete locally stored data. Exit out of the Settings menu and press the A button on your remote control. Select System Refresh and choose Refresh Now. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
