Weather search stopped working

I setup my mom's TV to give her the local weather by saying "Weather". This has worked for a long time, but it stopped a couple of days ago. We're not even getting any error messages, nothing shows up at all. I reset her box yesterday, didn't help.

I know that the Weather app was removed, this is not that. I think the Weather service was being powered by The Weather Channel.
