VOD Not Working Any Longer

There is a kid's show that I like to watch and there are a lot of episodes listed in Video On Demand.  I was able to watch them a while back but now when I select any of them, I get an error dialog with a Reference Code 7.3.8805.  What does this mean?  Why would these still be listed if they are no longer available?
