V202 Error Using On Demand with Tivo Bolt

I tried to use the On Demand app this morning on my Tivo Bolt, and when I select an item to play, I get a V202 error stating it is not available. I called Tivo, and they stated Cox needed to "select 274"  on the cablecard provisioning. Anybody know how to fix this? I have tried to call Cox, but Tivo seems to be a foreign word to everybody I reach.

    you need to call cox sounds like there is an issue with your account.   call and ask for cable card support cox n demand via tivo works fine in omaha
