Unable to record

A few weeks ago I replaced my cable box because recorded shows disappeared the next day. Now no matter how I do it, I’m unable to record anything, either a single show or a series. I couldn’t even record a show I was watching. Some shows that I had set up previously as series recordings have disappeared. I have never had so much trouble before and I’ve been a customer for 9 years. Prices get higher and service gets worse.

    I can’t record either. I just upgraded and ever since I can’t use the DVR feature. Multiple phone calls and I am told there is an issue being worked on by COX. But it’s been a few days now. Seems ridiculous. I hope this will be reflected in our bills.
