TV packages changing on 3/23/21?

My cable/ internet bundle is expiring in April.  When I called and tried to extend it, I was told that Cox is making big changes to all of the TV packages effective 3/23/21.  Because of this they could not extend my discount.  Does anyone know what these changes are?  is it even true?

    For a communications company, Cox has a hard time communicating, eh?

    i recommend sending an email to cox.help@cox.com with the following:
     - URL of This Post
     - Full Name
     - Complete Address
