It sounds like you may be in billing for DVR 2, and not record 6 or 24. www.cox.com/residential/tv/tv-equipment.html is a link to our website on the different DVR service plans. You may also sign into My Account www.cox.com/residential/home.html with your Cox credentials and view Video upgrade options if you wish to upgrade the DVR plan for the ability of your DVR box to record more than 2 programs at a time.
