Sent and responded to many emails and spent more hours on the phone with Cox but they still have not fixed the issue. I did talk to Cox sales and got a price for using Cox DVRs and it was more expensive than my current solution. I told the sales person that I didn't want to do anything but they placed the order and sent me the equipment anyway. I had to call and undo the order and drive to a Cox location and return the equipment. Just more wasted time. It's nearly impossible to watch TV and my three TiVos are worthless because the tuning adapters keep rebooting. I've been waiting for weeks for them to get back about the outdated firmware on the tuning adapters with no response. One of the problems is the complete denial that there is a problem and the lack on knowledge about TiVo at Cox. Not to mention that it's just "mind over matter". They don't mind because we don't matter. I would switch if there was a choice but I'm back to just the idea of not having cable.
