Tivos and Tuning Adapter

I have the same issue.  I have three TiVos and three tuning adapters.  My issue started in July of 2020 and my tuning adapters reboot many times a day and it is very frustrating.  They all reboot at the same moment when it happens.  I've been working with Cox and TiVo support for countless hours with no solution.  The tuners seem to attempt to load a new firmware version on startup and I've noticed that these tuning adapters have two newer firmware versions available than the version installed.  I started a ticket with Cox over a week ago about the firmware and have not heard back.

I am sorry that you have not heard back on your ticket yet.       Did you ever get this solved?  Cox has essentially bricked my TiVo and doesn’t seem to have any solutions
