Not A Contour 2, It's The Remote With The Cox Button. Why Is This Even A Thing And How Do I Turn It Off?

- @MegaManNeoX, This means that the box has timed out due to inactivity. I recommend checking the sleep timer in the settings of the box to make sure it is set to off. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
