Hi Claudiaray, the correct URL is www.cox.com/.../managing-contour-2-scheduled-recordings.html. However, I don't think extending the length of a recording is what was needed in your case. When you set up the 10 hours of recording time, did you program the recording manually or schedule blocks of recording time based on programs in the Guide?
