Thanks. The only reason I mentioned it was to see if anyone else had the same issue with an Orbi Wifi system. Otherwise, I don't see a reason why it would matter.
If I could get to the root of this problem, why do you need a wireless cable-box? Would a "wired" (coaxial cable) cable-box not work with your setup?
It's outside on my pool house. The pool house does not have any coax running to it. Just to be sure it wasn't a distance problem (even though it says my wifi is "Excellent") I brought the whole setup in the house this morning and it is still exhibiting the same issue. I also tried it on another tv in the house that is normally coax connected and it had the same issue.
I am wondering if it isn't the stream box.
I really don't know much about this wireless Contour box because I seem to discover something new every time. I don't have one.
The wireless connection of your TV is excellent. What connection...to the wireless box? I'd assume true if the wireless box is also inside the pool house.

You can press the "My Contour" button and see that content. one of your choices on the far right is the "settings" choice. Under that choice you can see/configure video, audio, and network settings. It's essentially the settings that get set when you first plug in the streaming box and go through setup. Under network it shows you what wifi network you are connected to and the strength.
