Shows deleting automatically

Recorded shows are being deleted. We are only at 19% full. They record and then disappear. Please help. This has happened very frequently lately. And it’s frustrating. We haven’t even been able to watch before they are deleted.

    Hi Mattjames. Please unplug the power to the cable box for 2 minutes and then plug the power back in. Please check the coax cable line to make sure it is tight. Also, do you see anything in Deleted Recordings? If this continues to happen, you may need to swap out the cable box.
