Service

It seems that service Varys from state to state. Since I’ve been in Cali my tv service is terrible. I’ve had a tech at my house twice, now for a third time. I understand how busy it can get. But I watch a lot of tv, especially at night. No signal coming in at all. Called 4:am . After going thru all the things they want you to do, nothing still worked. No signal. But I can get a tech go look at it ( not the same day, mind you.) but the day after. So no tv for an entire day and night.  Can we get it right this time ?
