SAP is reversed on NBC station

Question

The SAP option is somehow reversed for my local NBC station. &nbsp;The announcer audio for the NFL game is in Spanish. &nbsp;Checked SAP option on the Contour box and it shows English. &nbsp;Switched to Spanish to see what happened and audio went to English…but that caused other channels to go to Spanish or to have no audio at all. &nbsp;The problem is affecting all of my TVs but only on our NBC station and only for the game itself (not for commercials). &nbsp;Any ideas what, if anything, we can do?

Looks like the problem has been fixed. &nbsp;I’m hearing English on NBC now.

If you continue to have an issue please check the SAP. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. This link will provide information on SAP www.cox.com/.../managing-secondary-audio-programming-settings.html. If English is already selected try toggling it.
