Repeated Contour Issues with no Resolution

I visited a local Cox store on 23rd street in OKC regarding issues that I have experienced repeatedly over the past couple of years.  Rather than finding a resolution of the core issue, I am told to ...

    You might try another store. I see 6 in your area. The one on MacArthur has the highest ratings. Good luck!

That is not the Cox experience I want for you! I can't even imagine how upset I would be if I were in your shoes. I am truly sorry for the frustration and aggravation you have been through!
