Remote with Big Buttons and Voice Control

I've been using the standard remote that came with my Contour box.  However using it makes my hands hurt.  So you recently sent me a big button remote that's makes it easier on my hands.  Problem is, it doesn't seem to have a button to select shows by voice like the original remote had.  Do you have a remote that has both big buttons AND voice control that will make using your system easier for someone like me who is severely handicapped?
