Regional Sports Surcharge

Is anyone else offended at having to pay the $10 "Regional Sports Surcharge?" As a retired military veteran with a family to support, I have no desire to pay welfare support a bunch of privileged anti-American millionaires. Does anyone know a provider who does not charge this, or is it another "gift" from our government overlords that all must charge? If I cancel TV portion, does it go away? If I find a provider that doesn't charge it, I'll be switching immediately. If not, I'll keep addressing it on social media, with FCC, and political leaders.
