Program listed on the guide is not what is being broadcast.

For WEEKS now we have had this problem. I have done live chat several times and all anyone does is reset the receiver. I can't see how this could possibly be a receiver issue, this is a broadcasting ...

You might try checking into your Cox account on the net. They usually post channel changes and other info on the sign-in page.

I don't believe OP is questioning an actual channel change but instead what's being displayed in the Program Guide not matching said change.
