Problems with my mini box
I had channel 12 on my mini box before and now it won't work, I have channel 11 and then 17. Channel scans and self test didn't help. What can I do?

Power off then on again. If that doesn't work get it replaced at a local Cox store...
I did try that and it hadn't worked 😞
