panoramic wifi sign in problems
I tried to sign in Cox Panoramic Wifi App
got a message “ Hi primary user needs to grant access “
I am the primary so I could not figure out the problem
Call #1 technical support.... gentleman could hardly speak English, telephone had loud echo, could no solve the problem
transferred me to 2nd level.....call disconnected
Call #2 technical support.....gentlemen could hardly speak English, different gent could not solve the problem transferred me to
2nd level....call disconnected
Call #3 young lady answered the phone could not find my account with my phone #, address, or account number finally found it with
my router serial number, no help said she would transfer me to second level and call me back in 10 minutes to check on my progress
when she transferred me suddenly my phone started to call my credit union number from my address book...she never called me back
Call #4 guy answered phone was very sympathetic, tried to solve the program, could not tried to transfer me to 2nd level
but transferred me to the sales department instead
Call #5 guy answered was the best of all found the problem as a corrupted old email, but could not fix it
transferred me to 2nd level..... got a message “Sorry our office is closed”
I fixed the problem myself....switching internet to Verizon and TV to Youtube TV
might send my experience to SNL see if they want to make a skit out of this
and by the way this really fud happen 3 night ago
