Ordered Variety Pak

Did not get Encore Family channel that was listed as part of Variety Pak.  Called customer service about it but they did not solve the problem.  Got a call today from Cox saying they had resolved the issue I called about.  STILL DO NOT HAVE THE ENCORE FAMILY CHANNEL.
