online schedule on tv

The tv schedule on the tv only goes until 5 pm today.  How do I get it to download after that.  I have 2 tvs and both are the same.

    What happens if you press the Right Arrow on the remote...the Guide just stops?

    Is your cable box a Contour1, Contour2 or mini box?
