Older recorded shows won't play
Have many shows recorded which I watch over and over. I'm now getting error message XRE-06014. Seems to be affecting the older recordings, not the newer ones. HELP! I need to watch Saving Private Rya...

I apologize for any inconvenience caused, it does sound like the older recordings may have become damaged somehow. One thing you could try is disconnecting power from the receiver for two minutes and reconnecting to see if a reset of the box helps.
