No TV service in Green Valley for last eight days

Since last Wednesday, there's been no TV service available in certain areas of Green Valley. I've called and reported and trouble shooted for the last eight days. No one appears to have any answers. What's going on?????????

    It's easy, if you are not in an outage, and your cable tv service is down, request a technician to be scheduled to come out.

    How'd you verify no TV service in other areas of GV?

    Do you have any other services with us and if so are you having any issues? Also are you getting an error message?
