No sound on one channel only

Three TVs. Two with mini boxes, one with Contour box. One TV with a mini box has no sound on one channel. It only affects this TV. There is no SAP setting on the TV that I can disable.

Did you check the SAP setting on the mini-box?

Settings > Language Options > Audio Language > Primary
